“ Spread Knowledge, Spread Love.”

Somewhere amidst all the hustle and workload that adulthood introduces, childhood dreams and desires are lost. Not everyone gets an opportunity to live them, and I was lucky to have VITeach, which gave me a chance to live out mine. Teaching was one of the many professions I had thought of pursuing during my childhood. I always wanted to bring positivity to the lives of people, to do something for the society, because at the end of the day, the most satisfying reward that you could get, is a smile.

I started working for VITeach in July 2018. Right from working out the syllabus for the kids of ADW school, to teaching them, all of it was a wonderful experience. The eagerness in the sparkling eyes of the kids inspired me to put in efforts and work harder. Their innocence and happiness, and the bonding you develop with them in just an hour makes my day, every single time. Their enthusiasm to learn, the little mischiefs, the crazy fights between the boys and girls, the kids shouting ‘Anna’ and ‘Akka’ all the time, and all the efforts they put in to learn our names in an hour, and their happy faces while mispronouncing our names make me forget all my worries. I am a VITeacher, and I say it proud.
